RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused , in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Exchanges and Assets
We exchange items free of charge if you wish to change size, color or product (via credit note).
To benefit from an exchange, please have your order number and the email address you used to place your order ready . Then go below :

Complete the form and you'll receive a label to return your package to us. Please note that exchange requests are only possible for a product size or color change. If you wish to exchange it for another product from the range, you'll need to select the "Credit Note" option and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you, within ten business days.
Exchanges and credit requests are offered.
Refunds
We offer you the possibility to request a refund within 30 days of your order. In the case of a refund of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To receive a refund, please bring your order number and the email with which you placed your order . Then go below:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within ten business days. Any shipping fees paid when placing your order are also included in the refund.
In the case of a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . A flat rate (according to the price list below) processing fee will be deducted from your refund .

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Our logistics team also carefully checks your products during shipping.
If, despite our vigilance, your product is defective, you can go directly to the return portal and indicate the reason "My product is defective." You can attach a photo to provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can offer the most appropriate solution.
