RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
We refund items if they are faulty or damaged. The delivery costs paid (if any) during your order are also included in the refund.
To qualify for a refund, send us an e-mail with a photo of the defect at hello@tomo-clothing.com and we will send you a return slip free of charge. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.
Trades
We exchange items free of charge if they are faulty, damaged or if you want to change size.
To qualify for an exchange, send us an e-mail with a photo of the defect (if applicable) at hello@tomo-clothing.com and we will send you a return slip free of charge. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your exchange request. .
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you free of charge, within ten working days.
