🎄WANT YOUR PACKAGE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?🎄
As the holidays approach, the volume of orders handled by carriers increases significantly. To secure your orders and guarantee delivery before Christmas, we advise you to place your purchases as far in advance as possible. Here are the recommended cut-off dates depending on the delivery method:
- Mondial Relay : order by 10am on December 18th
- Colissimo : Order by December 20th before 10am

GLS : Order by 10am on December 22nd
(Please note: due to exceptional volume at GLS, delivery before December 24th cannot be 100% guaranteed for orders placed on the 22nd.)
We know how frustrating it is not to receive a gift on time. Carriers can experience delays beyond our control, even when shipments are made before the indicated dates.
🤶 EXTENDED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 🤶
All purchases made between November 24 and December 15 can be returned or exchanged until January 15 , to allow everyone sufficient time after the holidays.

I. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer several payment options to best suit your preferences and provide you with a smooth and secure shopping experience. All transactions are secure and processed through the Shopify platform.
1/ Payment by bank card
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is completely secure and immediate.
2/ Pay in installments with no fees with Alma
Thanks to our partner Alma, you can pay for your order in 2 or 3 installments at no extra cost, directly at checkout. Simply select this option when you confirm your order; no further action is required.
3/ Payment via PayPal
You can also pay for your purchases via your PayPal account, for a simple, fast and secure transaction.
4/ Cryptocurrency payment via BitPay
We accept cryptocurrency payments through our partner BitPay. You can pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other compatible currencies directly from your wallet when finalizing your order.
II. SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver to countries in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Australia.
1/ Order Preparation & Shipping
For order preparation and parcel handover to the carrier, please note that all orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the following day.
You will receive a confirmation email when the package leaves our warehouse.
In addition to this preparation time, there is the delivery time which varies depending on the carriers and the destination.

The selection of the collection point is done at the step following payment of your order.
The deadline for collecting your parcel from the collection point is set at 7 calendar days.
5 / Free delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point in France, Belgium and Switzerland for orders over €100.
Delivery isn't free. It's a (huge) amount of work, which we've been doing for two years.
To thank you for your trust, as part of a promotional offer, we are covering the delivery costs of your parcel for orders over €100 in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Switzerland.
We refuse to use the phrase "free delivery" as a selling point, as it devalues our work and encourages overconsumption. Therefore, we offer free delivery on orders over €100, with Mondial Relay in mainland France and Belgium, and home delivery in Switzerland.
III. RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy is set at 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

1 / Exchanges and Assets
We exchange items free of charge if you wish to change the size, color or product (via a credit note).
To request an exchange, please have your order number and the email address you used to place your order ready . Then, go to the link below :

Fill out the form and you will then receive a return label for your package. To ensure your complete satisfaction, and because we carefully consider each of your requests to improve our products and their presentation, the comments field is required. Depending on the type of return, we ask that you:
- For a sizing problem (too small or too large): Your measurements, namely height, chest circumference, usual size, hip circumference.
- For issues with style, color , or consistency with the website : Your expectations or what you hoped for from the product that did not meet your expectations.
- For a defect : Provide as much detail as possible about the defect observed, along with photos or videos.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for changing the size or color of a product. If you wish to exchange for another product in the range, you will need to select the "Credit Note" option and place a new order.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you within ten working days.
Exchanges and credit requests are offered.
2/ Refunds
We offer you the option to request a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To receive a refund, please bring your order number and of the Email address you used to place your order . Then go to the address below:

Fill out the form and you will then receive a prepaid label.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within ten business days. Any delivery charges paid for your order (if applicable) will also be included in the refund.
In the case of a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . A flat processing fee (according to the price list below) will be deducted from your refund .

3 / Default
We pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Our logistics team also carefully checks your products before shipping.
If, despite our vigilance, your product has a defect, you can go directly through the returns portal and indicate the reason "My product has a defect." You can attach a photo to give us as much detail as possible so that we can offer the most appropriate solution.
