Shipping policy

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver to metropolitan France and to 20 other euro area countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia.

For the time being, we do not deliver to the French overseas departments and regions, Monaco, Andorra, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or countries outside the European Union.

PREPARING YOUR ORDER.

We prepare and ship your order within 24 hours (working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. The carrier's delivery time is added to the preparation time.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF €100 OR MORE.

Delivery is never really free: it takes real work, and it has a cost. To thank you for your trust, we offer free delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point on orders of €100 or more in metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

DELIVERY METHODS, RATES AND TIMES.

The exact delivery price depends on the weight of your order and its destination. It is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. The rates below are starting prices, including all taxes. Delivery times are given in working days from shipping, which takes place within 24 working hours.

Metropolitan France.

  • Mondial Relay pick-up point: from €4.95, free on orders of €100 or more. 5 to 7 days.
  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €6.30. 4 days.
  • GLS home delivery: from €7.99. 2 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €1.66.

Belgium and Luxembourg.

  • Mondial Relay pick-up point: from €5.40, free on orders of €100 or more. 3 days.
  • GLS home delivery: from €9.99. 3 days.
  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €13.45. 3 to 8 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €4.55.

Germany.

  • PaketShop pick-up point: from €6.30. 5 to 6 days.
  • GLS home delivery: from €9.99. 3 days.
  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €13.45. 3 to 8 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €4.55.

Austria.

  • PaketShop pick-up point: from €9.95. 5 to 6 days.
  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €13.45. 3 to 8 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €4.55.

Spain.

  • Punto Pack pick-up point: from €5.50. 5 to 6 days.
  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €13.45. 3 to 8 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €4.55.

Other delivery countries.

  • Colissimo home delivery, no signature: from €13.45. 3 to 8 days.
  • Tracked letter (small, lightweight items only): from €4.55.

If no delivery time is stated for the method you have chosen, we will deliver no later than 30 days after your order.

PICK-UP POINTS.

You choose your pick-up point just after payment. Once your parcel has arrived, you will receive a notification from the carrier. You have 7 calendar days to collect it (Mondial Relay; this period may vary depending on the carrier). After that, the parcel is returned to us: contact us to arrange a new delivery.

TRACKING AND RECEIPT.

Track your parcel using the link you received by email. On receipt, check the condition of the parcel. If it is damaged or has been opened, you can record your reservations with the carrier, and let us know as soon as possible with photos at hello@tomo-clothing.com. We will take care of the rest.

Your order travels at our risk until you, or the person you have designated, receive it.

DELAYED OR LOST PARCEL.

Your parcel has not arrived within the stated time? Write to us: we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we will send your order again or refund you, whichever you prefer. Your rights in the event of late delivery are set out in our terms of sale.

DUTIES AND TAXES.

All our destinations are in the European Union: no customs duties or import charges are added to the displayed price. Exception: certain territories outside the EU's fiscal territory (the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Mount Athos, the Åland Islands) may apply import taxes, payable by the recipient.
