I. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer several payment solutions to best suit your habits and provide you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. All transactions are secure and processed through the Shopify platform.

1 / Payment by bank card

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is completely secure and immediate.

2 / Payment in several installments without fees with Alma

Thanks to our partner Alma, you can pay for your order in 2 or 3 interest-free installments, directly at checkout. Simply select this option when confirming your shopping cart; no additional steps are required.

3 / Payment via PayPal

You can also pay for your purchases via your PayPal account, for a simple, fast and secure transaction.

4 / Payment in cryptocurrency via BitPay

We accept cryptocurrency payments through our partner BitPay. You can pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other supported currencies directly from your wallet at checkout.

 

II. SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to countries within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Australia.

1 / Order preparation & Shipping

To prepare your order and hand over the package to the carrier, please note that all orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. After 12 p.m., orders will be shipped the next day.

You will receive a confirmation email when the package leaves our warehouse.

In addition to this preparation time, there is the delivery time which varies depending on the carrier and the destination.

The selection of the relay point is made at the step following the payment of your order.

The deadline for collecting your package from the relay point is 7 calendar days.

 

5 / Free delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point in France from €200 of purchase.

A delivery isn't free. It's a (huge) amount of work, which we've been doing for two years.

To thank you for your trust, as part of a promotional offer, we will cover the delivery costs of your package for an order over €200 in Metropolitan France.

We refuse to use the phrase "free delivery" as a sales argument, which devalues this work and encourages overconsumption. We therefore "offer" you delivery on orders over €200, with Mondial Relay in mainland France.

 

III. RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused , in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

1 / Exchanges and Assets

We exchange items free of charge if you wish to change size, color or product (via credit note).

To benefit from an exchange, please have your order number and the email address you used to place your order . Then go below :

Fill out the form and you will then receive a label to return your package to us. In order to best satisfy you and because we scrupulously take into account each of your requests to improve our products and their presentation, the comments field is mandatory. Depending on the type of your return, we ask you:

  • For a size problem (too small or too big): Your measurements, namely height, chest size, usual size, hip size.
  • For a problem of style or color or consistency with the site : Your expectations or what you hoped for from the product which did not correspond to your expectations
  • For a defect : Give as much detail as possible on the defect observed as well as photos or videos.

Please note that exchange requests are only possible for a product size or color change. If you wish to exchange it for another product in the range, you will need to select the "Credit" option and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you, within ten business days.

Exchanges and credit requests are offered.

 

2 / Refunds

We offer you the possibility to request a refund within 30 days of your order. In the case of a refund of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a refund, please bring your order number and the email with which you placed your order . Then go below:

Fill out the form and you will then receive a prepaid label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within ten business days. Any shipping fees paid when placing your order are also included in the refund.

In the case of a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . A flat rate (according to the price list below) processing fee will be deducted from your refund .

3 / Default

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Our logistics team is also attentive to checking your products during shipping.

If, despite our vigilance, your product has a defect, you can go directly to the return portal and indicate the reason "My product has a defect". You can attach a photo to give us as much detail as possible so that we can offer the most appropriate solution.
