RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy is 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused , in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Exchanges and Assets

We exchange items free of charge if you wish to change size, color or product (via credit).

To benefit from an exchange, have your order number and the email with which you placed your order ready . Then go below :

Complete the form and you will then receive a label to send your package back to us. Please note, exchange requests are only possible for changing the size or color of a product. If you wish to exchange with another product in the range, you will need to select the “Have” option and re-order.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your exchange request .

If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you, within ten business days.

Exchanges and credit requests are free.

 

Refunds

We offer you the possibility of requesting a refund within 30 days of your order. As part of a total refund of the order, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Complete the form and you will then receive a prepaid label.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and to inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original payment method, within ten business days. Delivery costs paid (if any) during your order are also included in the refund.

In the case of a total refund of the order, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. A fixed amount (according to the price list below) of processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Our logistics team is also attentive to checking your products during shipping.

If, despite our vigilance, your product presents a defect, you can go directly through the returns portal and indicate the reason "My product has a defect". You can attach a photo to give us as many details as possible so that we can offer the most suitable solution.
