Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds


We will refund items if they are faulty or damaged.

To receive a refund, email us at hello@tomo-clothing.com and we will send you a free returns voucher. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision as to whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten working days.

Exchanges


We exchange items free of charge if they are faulty, damaged or if you wish to change size.

To arrange an exchange, please email us at hello@tomo-clothing.com and we will send you a free returns slip. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your exchange request.

If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you free of charge.
